So glad to see Catlick overcome all the hardships that they endured this season ... The Multiplier, no schollys, no financial aid..........impressive.

Yes, kids do want to play for winners. In Catholic case they come from all over Knox and surrounding counties. Yes, Catholic is playing for a public school championship. Catholic is a private school. The only private school in 5A. Now, is that beating the odds?

States? As far as Oak Ridge being relevant. It's arguable they are at least the second nest public 5A football team in the state.

Hey guys, just help me out here....    I know there are always semi-jokes and accusations about schools who recruit (ahemmmmm..... Maryville......)  but in all seriousness, are private schools like Catholic allowed by TN "law" or whatever to openly recruit?       Like colleges?      Once and for all, can someone explain how "legal" HS recruiting works.    Thx...

That was sad. Maybe when he gets the size and becomes the athlete his brother is, he too will go to Catholic.
