Look again hard tackle, county pay is public knowledge. Rco is much better. Wilco don't pay teachers and coaches enough but everyone wants their youngins in the system...

Then how did Aydelott get an $11,000 raise in pay when he left?

Johnny don't know that Aydelott man or if that is fact. Just stating what is on those county websites. Stipends and base pay all lower in Wilco. Rector doubled salary at Ryan probably

Rutherford is better first 20 years. Williamson is better after that.

I don't think the pay is better in RuCo as opposed to WilCo.  Not sure where you got your info.

Go back and look at the county pay scales again Johnny.  As years of experience grows, so does the average for WilCo..............more than RuCO.

yeah there seems to be a big jump once you hit that 20+ year mark. So guess that eliminates the old dogs from Wilco Crawford and Blade...

Cost of living is ALOT less in Rutherford County.

I would LOVE to see Crawford at Blackman............FINALLY!!!

That would throw a wrench in the plans of every M'boro program.  LOL 

Would love to see Britton come back to R'ford County also.  Especially if he and Crawford teamed up again!

 Crawford at Blackman would be great.  Imagine if he brought back some of those 'ol guys like Britt, Stone, Patterson, Scharsch, Biscuit, and a couple of others.  It'd be a strong staff from the start.  I think a couple of those guys are happy where they are, but who knows?

6.  Last but not least, now ALL the schools have weight training for their players PE classes now.  This was his biggest advantage he had before he left.

Now normally I am not against making a small wager, I would never bet about what Rankin would and would not do.  His wife has him 'whipped' after all.  LOL

He won't do anything until his son graduates
