I have not has the opportunity to see RBS play yet.  I know that Pickett County and Monterey could compete in 8AA. I know that Jackson County and Clarkrange have won games against 8AA teams this year  I saw where Clay County came close to beating LA.

you were the one puzzled by the York loss not me so I was Just letting you know that just because a school is smaller does not mean that they can't compete with a larger school. I thought this was a discussion board doesn't really matter what class it is I was just discussing basketball I didn't mean to offend you

Not offended at all. It has nothing to do with the size of the school just that I had seen Monterey play was puzzled that they beat York. I think we will know a lot more about all of the school in a couple of weeks.

DeKalb over Watertown by 7 I think.

York over Macon @ York by 5.

UHS over Cannon by 3 in a low scoring contest 39-36

LA over Smith by 18. 

Hard for me to believe Smith County is 0-6 with King and Shepperson both still there.

Macon has been considered the top team but could start district play 0-2 if La plays well Tuesday Smith or Cannon will get a win Smith may come on after Christmas they have not had there football players long with their new coach  but I still believe that York has the team overall. Are Bees are young but coming together will just get better how does Watertown and Dekalb look so far?

DeKalb did beat Watertown. Watertown has lost to Jackson county and Clarkrange. They play UHS 12/5 that will tell us something. I still think it will be early to mid January before the district starts to sort itself out.

LA is the 1 as of right now...Macon/York was a solid matchup and may end up being the 2/3 all year from what I saw. Both are solid teams that had multiple chances to put the game away on Friday before York finally did it in 3OT.

Wow that's 0-3 start in the district for Macon. I've said it before I really think it will be half way through district play before the front runners show up. Then it may just be so even that it goes down to the wire. Just realized Carlisle didn't play tonight he was playing in the East-West all-star football game.
