Heard that many times. Greeneville is undefeated against west tn teams since the Caine Ballard era including maplewood

Simplest answer. Middle TN, in 4A, is split in the middle with regions 4&5. Region 4 with Maplewood and the other respected schools go east to play in the regions 1-4 side. Region 5 with Springfield and the other schools go west to play in the regions 5-8 side.

Ok, just wondering because PC was just in 4A along with Maplewood, and PC went west couple years ago.

It sounds as if it’s a guarantee it’s going to be Maplewood vs Greeneville. I haven’t seen either team but I can’t wait to see the excuses on this thread if you guys are wrong.

Very Obvious you’ve not seen the champs. If so you’d say it’s a guarantee they’ll be there

I rather doubt if Greeneville will be surprised by anyone. Ballard always has a game plan and will be ready for anything Coach Broome can bring if that's how it shakes out. Still some football to play before the semis. It doesn't appear that Maplewood has a lot of depth. How many do they dress for varsity?

Livingston has a chance in the playoffs if they get matched vs someone who can't defend the pass.
