#68 is gonna open holes so big, they may change Magnolia Ave. to HWY 68. Lol

On the bright side for AE, he usually doesnt play D..unfortunately for youll, his brother does.

Alcoa RBs dont need much room and they take it to the house, the MagnificAnt 7 O line will give them holes The size of texas, not a good combination for the roadrunners

You’re hyping this guy up!  I hope he’s everything you’re putting him out there to be

He is. But hes got plenty of help. 55 is very athletic,  76 is about 6-5 285 and strong. 64 has long arms, great feet and can move. All 4 could be All state. 2nd string has 4 guys that could start for most 6A teams. When have 5-6 different guys scoring almost every game, it lets you know how good your o line is.

The scary thing is Coach said D line might be their strongest unit.

Foster and Ligon for AE are great athletes, but Alcoa can match them with 6 different skill guys.

But the LOS is not close

Austin-East is a very proud program and their kids aren't going to be intimidated by the Alcoa mystique.  We all saw that in 2011 when Austin East beat the Tornadoes handily.

Having said that this is a game that I still see Alcoa winning by a large amount.

Alcoa:  49

AE:  8

Alcoa was way down in 2011.  They lost 4 Regular season games that year.  When was the last time that happened?  They also almost made it back to the Championship game that year but had a heart breaking 38-37 loss to Eventual state champs CAK in the Quarters.

    • One school has said it, it was York…who Oneida and many school that played them before we did claimed that they were the dirtiest bunch they’ve played. Riverside didn’t call us dirty nor did smith after they beat us. Ur only dirty if your the one giving out the whoopins.
    • If it was anyone but #8 I would agree with you. Theirs a couple people on that team that probably would. Not him. And I who was standing on the 1st base line fence saw clearly that the boys foot was covering more than half the bag.
    • If y’all lose to Farragut something awful has happened.
    • Get him to Bearden ASAP! Or anywhere, Karns hs is in rough shape, probably not getting out of it anytime soon.
    • I'm not a Powell grad.  I am a Bearden grad.   My son and daughter are Powell grads.   I did radio play by play for Powell, my last year was 2013. I also did radio play by play for South Doyle, and my last gig was at Maryville before I retired.   My oldest grandson plays in the Karns Middle program, so I see more Karns games than I do Powell these days.  I've been to 3 Powell games since 2013.   I don't have any ties to Powell, haven't since 2013.   No "y'all" there.    And the kid you are talking about does have a very good arm, but he's not the QB that Deuce Rogers is.  Rogers is a legit dual threat guy.  The younger kid now at Clinton, or about to be at Clinton, isn't the dual threat that Rogers is.
