Devils will roll in this one, maplewood could will struggle to stop their offense and to keep the chains moving on devils defense. I'm thinking it will be around 35-7 at half and then 49-13 final

Missed it by giving maplewood a garbage TD late, they never had a chance vs this greeneville squad. Undisciplined and bad coached teams with athletes never do have much chance vs their well coached and disciplined teams. Maplewood should combine their team with another metro school and have a better staff like cane ridge or somebody's to coach them.

I was impressed with the athleticism and speed from Maplewood.  Definitely some talent on the team.  I’m sure these two teams will meet up again sometime down road in the years to come.  Maybe this time Maplewood will get to travel to beautiful Greeneville TN? Congrats to Maplewood on a great football season.

May be the truth and Haywood might be the toughest team the Devils have faced. However, there is one thing about hitting someone in the mouth. If they take that punch ,you better be able to take a punch just the same.

haywood puts the ball on the ground alot. 14-7 at halftime against springfield. 2 ints lead to quick scores and a fumble led to another quick score early in the third. Springfield completely fell apart. I do feel they where the better team and deserve to be there against you guys. However i am sticking to my 42-14 prediction. you guys are to good

    • While I appreciate being credited with multiple accounts, I have to say that is not true. Will you please report back to your people that I am not someone who provides sharp, witty banter, but rather someone who is putting the shoe on the other foot for some people that have been repeatedly bashing others here and in real life for the past few years? Everything that I have stated has been backed by factual evidence or public record, so no need to be sharp and witty.
    • Yes this process is moving slower than I would have expected
    • also was told coady auston applied, he served as defensive coordinator for greenfield under don pitt several years ago before going to Obion county
    • TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
    • stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
