Covington May win that region but not by a long shot. There were a couple of teams in our region that played them tough last year and brings back the House while Covington lost coach and several start

I mean it was just a scrimmage. Camden did seem to have more speed than they did last year. We have some holes to fill on defense. I do think we are going to be good though

My bad I was only talking about the fb team. The school is doing good. By the next reclassification they might be in 4a.  They're pulling a lot of kids from that Whites creek,Maplewood,Hunters lane zone.

Thanks swarm. It's kinda hard when you got Stratford,East Nashville and Giles breathing down your neck. Stratford returns almost everybody East has 4 of the top 50 in state. Seen online people are picking Giles to win and we are the youngest team in the district bay far. The kids are going to have to grow up asap!

This is a tough region where really any of the top four could win on any given night. I think Stratford could go 10-0 in the regular season. They return almost everyone and have possibility the best back in the region. The non region schedule is pretty soft imo. The next three are hard to pick. PC probably has a mental edge over EN but their non region schedule might make it so they are not 100% when they play EN. EN has several college prospects but can they get by PC? GC is well coached and should be better this year than last. I'm going with GC 2nd, PC 3rd, and EN 4th but I could see it going any number of ways. 

I'll pick WC 5th just because they have the same coach and know what the region is like. Republic I'll go at last. 

If PC can somehow manage to stay healthy they will be battle tested and dangerous come playoff time.

I didn't realize Stratford returned so much. If that's the case they're going to be a handful!

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!

      I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
