Us too. We've not had the best luck on staying healthy. Especially during the playoffs.

Unaka, hancock, and jellico are the only cupcakes on the schedule.  We win those 3 and we win region.  The other games are not a given though i think we'll spank the dogs at least once

I thought unaka played well last night against Hampton.  looked like they could have scored if not for the time running out & at least 3 busted plays and some missed assignments.  that coach has really improved the creek kids.  I look for them to be better but still not good enough to beat Hampton but aleast score some points

It may be a four qtr slug fest but no spankings KING!

We were down two D starters. I'm just hoping they're back & full strength Friday night at GP.

Good don't get you no where,they would have to be Great to get anywhere in 3A. Beating Hampton would not be much of a measuring stick.

Wish they were still in 2a, like the region now but it was even better when GP was in it.

They were "hyped" in 2015 and 16. 

Got us the last two years and may well again this one...I just hope we show up and make it a game. Rooms costing me a fortune

Not sure how Cloudland closing would effect the Hampton community in a negative way,I'm sure most of the kids from Cloudland would head up to avery,and down to  etown feel like very few would come to Hampton,as far as the gate the HV game brings in pretty close to the Cloudland game does,I'd hate to lose rivalry but there's really not the hatred that there used to be,not saying these kids don't put it all on the line when they play it's always war but it's not has heated as back in the day.Remember back during the jr high basketball playoffs both schools sit together and both cheered for each other,it was awesome to see.we all will eventually be one school so everybody is going to lose their colors and their mascot,Carter co.south Mountaineers,colors are black and gold is in the works
