Alright I’ll try to clear it up because I definitely didn’t  mean any disrespect.

I quoted Croppy where he said “Covington is a very talented team but not 3 or 4 touchdowns better than my Mustangs.”

Then I said or Lake County and definitely not Trenton.

Meaning Covington wasn’t 3 or 4 touchdowns better than Lake County or Trenton.

I should have deleted the rest of what Croppy posted.

I understand what you are saying now. Lakecounty1968 is sensitive lol

Probably so. They are just so inconsistent. Maybe they are getting it together at the right time. Time will tell.

Well this is a different Milan than we are used to. Totally different coaching staff.  I hope they end up going real deep in the playoffs

Sensitive is right... truth hurts feelings but obviously yours were really hurt... I’m sorry but I bet it was okay that LC WAS GARBAGE when you guys were hammering LC by 60 every year but the minute it happens to you guys it hurts. Talk about having class when just a few years ago teams putting up over fifty on us and not taking starters out and still trying to score on us with time running out. Yeah y’all all can get a dose this year I don’t care who’s feelings get hurt, especially yours ... You are right tho.. I was trying to get LC fired up by saying those things about our defense and the LC fans didn’t get sensitive or mad they just came back at me with facts... yeah I’m done with you Mr. Sensitivity

    • Yeah, we came up short. I remember we threw a ball over the middle to #5 Guymon? and he came up short of the sticks. Gave em he&& for a bit though.
    • Doe dee doe doe…..hmmmmmmm one of those players can run faster than my lawnmower when I put it in 5th gear turbo.  You can bet the lawnmower on that.
    • Yeah I am on board and plan on coming down from the Ridge for some home games, great Friday night atmosphere there.  I'm really hoping SC can get them back going and have some success for those fans and community.
    • Yep I was field level on the scoreboard end throwing ball with Benny when we had that brief lead. Everybody got very excited but it was short lived as Murvil regrouped and went into machine mode. But yeah,  that hit sounded like the crack of a black powder rifle being fire.  I believe Dozier took one like that as a Soph up at Greeneville after on olay block.
    • Ole Benny boy lol. I forgot about Harder. He was tough as crap. He graduated in ‘09. I went to the OR/Maryville game that year (great game, btw) and he collided with Jacob West (I think was his name) and you could hear it clearly at the top of the visitor bleachers. Man, it was a stick. He could lay some wood son. All those guys were tough, Elliott included.
