Smyrna has been hot and found their run game. They are at home and tough to beat there. It seems like they always improve a lot from early in the season to later on. Two even teams. I'll take Smyrna. The loser travels to Ravenwood next week...yikes! Beating a hapless La Vergne in their last game does not make them hot. Truth is, Smyrna has been blasted in 2 of their last 3 games. Smyrna and SC both beat them in similar fashion. This is gonna be a tight game tomorrow night.

I think Smyrna has gotten much better from beginning of the year, but using LaVergne as a barometer is rolling the dice

nrgrizzlies
After leading by 14, Stewie falls by 3. Now if they have to travel to play Ravenwood, there is the question of where will the game be played? People says Ravenwood's field was destroyed by playing last Friday in a monsoon instead of moving the game up to Thursday like many schools did. Didn't Ravenwood have to use Nolensville's field tonight to play against Indy? Won't Nolensville need their field this next Friday to host a playoff game as the #2 seed in whatever it is they play in?

Smyrna has improved a lot and the record is not always thing to go by. Cold weather plus rivalry plus improvement plus history equals “upset”....in some people’s eyes. Not necessarily mine.
