Here are some points you may find interesting (at least the Huntingdon faithful will)

What does the number 392 mean to you?

That is the number of rushing yards Lake County gave up to Union City.

How about the number 272

That would be the amount of rushing yards surrendered to Crockett County.

How about 508? That would be Westview’s total yards for the game.

Do you know how many runs of 40+ yards Lake County has given up this year? Well no, but I do know in just the three above mentioned games it was 11.

We won’t get into the Gibson County “scrimmage” even though it was played as a game type situation because that really won’t mean much. So, I will just say your starters gave up 220 yards rushing and leave it at that.

You really are a Moron

This right here, I asked this question yesterday,

What makes you think you can go right through LC s offensive line? Stack the box? Please do... The water in huntingdon gives them super human strength? Good luck with that.

Your dreaming if you think this will work, with no disrespect to he players on both sides of the ball, nothing about this game will be easy,

And I’ll go ahead and throw his out there , last time I checked, in every game , we have rotated starters( more than just 11, yeah that’s right, both offense and defense) so the “sucking air” by second half want Cut it either

One prediction, Huntington players have not seen competition like LC all year, they will be sucking air by half

and yes , big Puckett will have someone calling for their momma by halftime

I don’t think anyone has claimed this game will be easy. I feel the Mustangs know it will be a battle. I don’t think LC has seen competition like the Mustangs this season either.

I know your center is a big tough kid, but I promise no one on Huntingdon’s defense is going to shy away from him.  They sure the heck won’t be calling for anyone.

I haven’t seen LC much and what little I have seen was on film. If they are giving up those kind of rushing yards then it will be who ever has the ball last or whichever team can get a turnover or two.

I really do feel like whoever can make a few stops or get a turnover or two will pull it out.

    • And yes, in 2010 Clary/Scott Monger got into it with a R’dale fan. Well, mostly Monger lol. I think the fan took a swing at him. It’s funny as all get out listening to it on the replay. Scott told the guy to sit his a** down. Lol. That wasn’t the only time SM got into it with an opposing team. Seems like he got into it with someone at William Blount one year. He was an OG lol
    • Nope, they knew lol. He was just one tough hombre. Played right up to near the end of the Powell game like that and we almost won. I think they beat us, 21-17. Was a valiant effort on his part though.
    • No, that was in 2010. We played them in the quarterfinals in ‘11 the year I’m talking about, but we got hammered 35-14. 2010 was a fun year though. Played Maryville in the semis and gave them a really tough game for the majority of that game, but their depth eventually wore OR down, 38-21. Bradley had a few awesome runs in that game. He was a stud. Nothing fancy, but like I said, a mini Tebow. Would keep that read option up the middle and pound that tater in there. He was hard to bring down. Probably went for 195 lbs, if that.
    • Gibson County will be good next year as well. The five girls that didn't start last year are all solid and we have Micah Hart's sister coming up this year. We  will be very competitive especially late in the year. May lose some this summer getting girls reps and trying to figure things out but we are going to be good.
    • Dyersburg will be really good for a while. Their JV is loaded as well. South Gibson ought to be much better with four really good players coming up from an undefeated  Jr. High Team. Also will have 3 players back from knee injuries last year. They will be a handful especially late. Dyersburg District right there with the Upperman District with quality teams.
