Really about how I thought it would. HC Varsity 4-3 over Lexington. Some of the special young guns had their bright moments. Overall to sum it up very encouraging with a lot of really good young talent!!

Lexington was not a very good football team last year. They must have improved a lot.

Maybe Lexington did improve. Keep in mind HC was missing a few key players due to baseball, soccer, and a few injuries.

Gotcha. That’s usually the case in the spring. Hard to tell where a team really is cause so many kids are out. But it is usually a good opportunity to get a look at young talent and to try kids in a variety of positions to see where they can contribute best. You guys have any younguns stand out in the scrimmage.

The soon to be Sophomores Ryan Damron, Zamariyon Kendall, Norman Duncan all did some nice things. I'm especially excited to see what Big Z and Norm do! Two ballers right there!

Henry County pass attack looks to be very much improved even compared to recent years. It should help keep opposing defenses on their toes

Absolutely. I know it's still really early but if what happened Friday night continues to improve we will in my opinion average 35 ppg. Still need to see a few improvements here and there but I fully expected that this time of year. We will be fine...

He has offers from Memphis, Tennessee, Austin Peay, Arkansas State, and Western Carolina so far.
