I'm guessing Upperman to 4A next year and York to 2A unless they decide to move back up. Could be the end of the region as we've seen it the last 4 years.

Last year I heard York would stay 3A even if they could drop down. But with a new coach that may have changed. If they do go down I guess they would be playing Wartburg, Oneida, Meigs Co, Rockwood, and Cumberland Gap. Any thoughts?

  • 2 weeks later...

So I'm looking at the standings in this region (which appears to be the last year for this bunch)  and I notice neither Cannon or Grundy are showing a win.  So does Cannon have a covid win or not because it looks like it could effect the standings for the last couple of spots depending on what happens in the next two weeks.

Community is the only one I would question. That would be a long haul for JC.

Pretty much the same distance for Sequatchie as well. Right about 2 hours. Does Community have the stadium to seat people now ? When they played Sequatchie, in 2013 I believe, I remember fans having to bring chairs to sit in.

No ideal.. it’s been about that long since I’ve been to Community.
