This is correct.Coacht calls it a "covid win".You are 1-1

Did they miss a region game, because I heard it only counts as a loss in that case...

BUT the other team still gets the win in non-region games, just no losses for the team that had to cancel due to COVID...

Yes to my understanding that's the way it was explained but as you can see that is obviously not the case they are counting the losses in the polls and on Coach T.

Although I do not think it will hurt or help you in the polls. This is why some of us said at the beginning of the year is going to get quite confusing. They may Count it just in case there is a seeding issue.

TSSAA Website:

Excerpt:

A regular-season game becomes a win for seeding purposes if the opposing team can’t play due to COVID-19, but the team struck with illness would receive neither a win nor a loss. If both teams confront outbreaks of the virus, it is considered a “no-contest.”

BOC Minutes:

Excerpt:

 A team whose opponent cannot play due to COVID-19 will be awarded a forfeit for seeding purposes. For the team unable to play, the game will be considered a "no-contest."

VII. The Board voted that teams that are unable to play a game(s) due to an outbreak, the outcome would be ruled a “no-contest.” The team that could have played would receive a win for seeding purposes in the postseason in football and postseason in all other sports.

It doesnt. Either count it or don't

Are yall gonna pickup Sunbright on Sept 25th?   That's the only date the game could be rescheduled.   Yall would have to drop the Lenior City game.

Since Sunbright is a region game wouldn't it have to be rescheduled if at all possible?

Friday's games results have yet to be posted in the TSSAA standings but I have noticed no forfiet score is reported at all.
