Captain Victory outcoached again. LOL. Pirates have 10x the talent and still get beat. Several coaches in the state would have taken that talent to state the last several years.

Old Pirate has watched the game multiple times and theys two good teams at war. The home field advantage was obvious an advantage. The Pirates gunpowder fuse rarely got lit. Bottom line both communities should be proud of their teams who put on a show fer the local area. The Pirates load the wagon with a lesson learned with their goal squarely in front of them. But the time is now to fix exposed weaknesses.

Looks like Trousdale County will remain in the 2A classification.   I'd like to see them on our schedule next year as well as keeping Meigs County.

When what?I'm not following.Using the Field house for his own personal home??That was before the season.

Oh I get what your talking about.His ship will set sail before the New year starts.Thats not all.If you were at the game in Decatur you would have seen the mess towards the end.Lets say some very unhappy transfer parents.Look for as OP called it back in 14 "Mommy"ball to start this week.personel changes will start immediately,or else.LOL.

      Could be a lot of reason from what I’ve seen so far.  The lights wouldn’t turn on at Smyrna last night and had to move games to Blackman could be a reason or maybe he is talking about how on some of the games on NFHS network the camera placement was absolutely asinine. ( had a camera set up right in front of a net and couldn’t see crap)

      If Gordonsville can manage getting through these next 2 games without using him it will be ideal. ER was the last team to not have to pitch their #1 till the state championship i believe. Worked out well for them but they also had one of the best 1A staffs of all time that year. Only allowed one run the whole tournament and it was in the 7th inning.

      And he’s not even their #1. Lights out performance. Gordonsville is in the drivers seat with their #1 arm available throughout the tournament.
