Same way I had it predicted, I think York may go region 2 but I would guess Monterey stays with region 3

East in 4AA and Cascade in 5AA would appear to be the best fit to me. I could see East staying in 3AA but I cannot see the advantages over 4AA from a travel standpoint. I know Cascade would want 5AA and I would think East would prefer 4AA.
