One more option or should I say advantage Cascade has... is they can kick field goals. If this is a tight game which I suspect it may just come down to the kicking game.

No. Best I can tell is they would have to lose and Trousdale and Watertown lose to be eliminated. Think they are safe as long as all games get played

winner of this one finishes 3rd, if cascade loses and Jackson beats TC then Cascade would not make playoffs, if both lose Cascade is in as the 4, if they both win Cascade is in as 3rd

I agree with you 11 will have a big game against Westmoreland. 11 gave TC fits I know he will have a big game Friday night.
