McMinn Co at Dobyns Bennett Decision on Monday

I read somewhere else that the TSSAA has said their answer would come “at the earliest, Monday” and somewhere else that it should have been announced by noon today which we are obviously past. 
could it be that we are all waiting for an answer that isn’t coming today? I hope not.

Meanwhile at TSSSA twitter doesn't want us to miss a girls and boys basketball game between Franklin road and Lighthouse somethingorother(no offense,just to lazy to look back on website).. probably a good game but could we at least get an update on what we are all waiting for?

I'll make the decision for them. Option 4.  McMinn plays  at the Black Cauldron and gets the heck beat out of them and DB keeps their healthy players intact, some of which will be ready for basketball. Either team will die in Murville. Probable injuries.  Just don't see the point.  If DB had fixed their defense and their propensity for yellow flags I'd say take a shot at them.  

Or do just give Murvul a bye. But that isn't likely because that would rest their little fellers up and give them an edge in Semis. And we all know that TSSAA favors middle TN teams.

In the end - DB will play Murville. Ugh (Indian speak).

Still awaiting news from TSSAA. The time for a good decision ended Friday night about 7PM so it is just a wait-and-see as to where we go from here. Stay tuned.

Understood. I would love to see them play but the longer this goes on the less I think it’s a possibility.

While we're waiting here's some CrAzY TaLk to pass the time. What if DB conspired with the health dept. to get the game canceled because they were actually the ones that had a covid positive player? Or what if McMinn had multiple Covid cases going on and they tried to cover it up and play the game anyway?

The TSSAA has reached a decision. DB & McMinn are going to play in Knoxville at Neyland Stadium....there haven't been any good games played there all year.
