Creasy left to go to Riverdale as a coordinator  . When the TC head job opened, he jumped on it. He made it clear he wanted to jump to 6A. He interviewed for several upper jobs like Stewart Creek and Siegal but did not get a shot. He never gave up his home in Murfreesboro when he was at Riverdale. 

There was no bad blood.

Was he interviewing for those jobs after the 08 season or did he start looking towards the end of his time at TC?

Again, wrong... Creasy took coaches from TC, while there isn't hatred, there most def isn't love.  TC fencebirds basically use his name as a bragging right since they haven't won a title since he left.  "Our former coach is winning titles in 6A... we got him to that coaching job"
