State Duals Predictions

Thank you!  I would assume Wilson Central will be coming out of 3, but am not sure who the other contenders there are.  I always forget how regions 5, 6, and 7 are aligned.

Substate deadline is Saturday.

 

Some regions weren't scheduled to wrestle until Thursday of this week though.  So those substate matches won't be finalized until Friday night or even Saturday (maybe?).

Realistically (assuming teams are all healthy), it seems this will come down to Cleveland and WC.  I see Cleveland with 7 likely locks in that match-up (assuming Chittum wrestles) and WC with 3 likely locks - with 4 uncertain.  Very tough task for WC.

region 5 barring a large upset will likely be blackman and oakland. region 6 will in all likelihood be wilson central, and then the winner of beech/rossview. blackman did beat oakland recently and beech holds 2 comfortable wins over rossview so my assumption would be for quad 3:

Wilson vs Oakland

Blackman vs Beech
