Just to add excitement and to get you going. Not all of us have a cakewalk to the region finals. The only team that can beat you over there is Westview. They beat you last year so will history repeat itself this year?

Oh I hear you lol. Cakewalk any walk we will take it! That’s fine we will take on anybody in the state! Yeap your correct they beat us last with 3 players out with acl injuries, including one of the best post players in the state of Tennessee! So yea you are correct, they beat us! Injuries are apart of the game, but if healthy no one I Repeat No One will beat us! I just pray we stay healthy & can fully represent West Tn & 14AA

I hope South Side and Upperman will get to play at some point. I was looking forward to watching Westview  and Upperman last year. I think both you and Westview can play with Macon and Upperman. All four teams can play. Nothing like a little pre game tournament hype is it?? This stuff reminds me of TV 5 Studio Wrestling with Lance Russell and Dave Brown as a kid.

Yea I hope so. I think if we play our ball and stay out of foul trouble we will be fine. It’s crunch time now, so hopefully we can stay healthy! Lol yea I would love to sit by @UCFsportsFan if we do meet them

I watched a game or two with him last year. He is a good guy. Knows his basketball. Just like us. Loves the game and watches the Cumberland teams like we do West TN.

Yea I can tell he loves the Cumberland teams, nothing wrong with that. Yea we love some West Tn ball! I love a good hard fought game

That’s right!! That area has been tough a while. Livingston Academy, Jackson County, Clarkrange, Pickett County and Upperman have a room full of Gold Balls. We good here too. We will see what happens soon.

How do you know you will be fine you guys have not even had to sweat a game all year LOL. All joking aside Southside is one of the favorites And so is Upperman but I’ve been down to the glass house so many times and seen the best team on paper get smacked in the mouth and put out of the tournament first game so you never know what’s gonna happen come tournament time.

Your right on. Margin of error is razor thin at the Glass House. Seen so many teams get up there and a couple of TO’s on one end and a couple of three’s on the other end and panick sets in in the big house and a good team is going home. Biggest shocker I seen in a while was the Cheatham Macon game two years ago. I didn’t see that one coming.

Of course! Y’all have have been & still is the best team in AA, so let’s hope your right lol

I’m kinda hoping to see a Westview, JSS, Macon, and Upperman final four with all this hype, trash talk lol.

      Won't happen. College coaches will back the coach every time and it cost this young lady her senior season. Looks like the player may be right on this one. School let her  go after one season. This stuff happens more than you think.

      Why did the coach get rehired after she was let go as an assistant by the former Warren County coach and the current AD?? Is that accurate?? I am very familiar with situations like this. Suprised lawsuits haven't happend before. If the coach unfairly let the player go, I think she has a shot because it cost her a scholarship. No college is going to offer a scholarship to a player that is kicked off of the team. Not going to happen. There are bad hires like this a bunch and kids are treated unfairly by coaches that can't coach a lick and have super long ropes somehow. Amazing how some of these coaches get hired and keep their job.

      I am going to assume you are not a lawyer, and most reasonable lawyers would not say the lawsuit has a zero percent chance in court. I agree with you that a coach has the ability to dismiss anyone from a team. However, Ms. Winfree was never presented with the opportunity to present her witnesses and have them tell the coaches and administrators what they heard. A lawyer could better explain the lawsuit and the grounds to you. Before you start making wild assumptions about the lawsuit, would it be too much to ask that you do a little legal research first?       The administration took the path of backing the coach and whispering to people that the kid was a problem. The reality is that the kid was never a problem on a team or classroom. The player says she has witnessed who back her not saying the f-word.  Why did the coach make that story up and other stories? I am not Sigmund Freud and do not have an answer for the ex=-coach's behavior..
