Well since you have never watched a football game. When it rains it changes things. Makes the field slippery ball wet and so on. So this an added variable that normally helps a team that otherwise would get a spanking on a dry field. So although TC will still spank Watertown it may make it a little closer with an added turnover here or there due to wet conditions.

Depends on the distance. I'm 8 mi. West of town, I can get it but it's weak. Have to find a hot spot for the radio. Good luck.
