Just looked at KCS salaries, even if he had a doctorate level education and was maxed out on the scale (20+ years) with years of experience and with a HC supplement, he still wouldn't break 80K.

You're right, I didn't realize OR was THAT much higher. Wow.  Than I doubt he takes it.  Keep in mind that the coaching situation at Oak Ridge is far from settled for next season at this point.  So, there's a chance he could go from $85k to over $100k if you follow.  He has been very loyal to OR ever since his playing days.  He has been referred to the "coach in waiting" for the last few seasons.  So, who knows.  It's silly season, openings all over the place this year.  Enurstin'
