Looking around at what others have said about this job, it seems LC is going to do something that screams terrible when they make this hire.  Anyone know anything about how they are vetting candidates, who they are looking at?

Yeah. Knew what it was.  The Snail Darter was an alleged I dangers species that kept the Yellico from being darned up for decades in Lenoir City. Just trying to inject some humor.

They went young.  Good resume with experience in North Metro Orlando football which is very high level.  It will be interesting to see what he can do with LC.
