I doubt it.  It's like onb said, a lot of breaks would have to go our way for it to be competitive.

Happy Thanksgiving coacht.  We at cland are thankful for a field to play on, the buildings we get dressed in,  the wonderful places to eat in town, and the big healthy teenagers who play this game.

I remember a union city team people said the same thing about. We all know what that end result was.  Pirates need to Stay focused and have a great week of preparation.

There isn’t 2 Mr Football winners on this team. Most Cland fans are happy they made it far.

Unfortunately SP isn’t as good either. These kids have improved a lot this season dealing with the crap they had to deal with though. I will take SP by 10 IF Cloudland isn’t as good as their 2001 team.

I say it every year.Playing Thanksgiving week it the S%$##!What an accomplishment.I am very proud of you all and I'm praying for a lot of breaks!LOL.If Cland made it to Chattanooga I would be there even if GFD and KING had to roll me in a wheel chair!I ain't joking either.

Man I remember you had some really good players. That QB was something else. What’s he doing for himself now? Does he have kids coming up?  You also had another kid that head  defect with his leg but that kid was super strong and tough.

We're not even close to 01.  Mark byrd was a once in a generation type player and the linemen we had then would instill fear in the children we call linemen today

Mark byrd is a computer tech. He has a beautiful 5 year old daughter and my daughters are proud to call him uncle.  He's 35 years old and can still break ankles

They cant comprehend how bad the Reg 1 and 2 teams were this year.Cloudland was the cream of the crop with Coalfield a close second and Cfield got killed by Gordy and if Gordy wouldnt have had a ton of penalties it would have been much worse.

Football continues to be terrible around here.  I honestly don't know what can fix it

      I havent kept up with Keeton since he went to Oakland, so hearing he is in a BOE role now, that may trump him coming back.  Rennard on the other hand. That dude is a Man Builder! And he was cut loose this spring from Scotts Hill. Heard him in a interview a few month back and he inspired me. He needs to be back home in the Purple & Gold, regardless of if he is HC or not or even if he doesnt coach at all, his presences will improve the environment. But Again, I have no clue if he would even be interested.

      Shoulders from Macon co.  A creasy protege. Has the best coached team in the area as of late. Not much shot to win a state title at Macon but could very well be a contender with the talent coming up through the peewee and junior high ranks in TC I hear. He my dark horse candidate. trousdale co fans could also brag to their neighbors that they talked their best coach into coming to TC on a year of such high expectations at Macon co. My dark horse candidate

      The baseball field is the baseball field. There are no clear favorites. It is a central location so that is why it is the site. This gets talked about every year and it is always the same answer.
