I think we all saw what happened last year with tie breakers. It was the smart move by Coach Wright. Just didnt have enough time.

Yep but I don’t believe York will need a tie breaker this year but if they do I see your point.

The coaching staff only yelled let it run out when it was inside 5 seconds and they still weren’t lined up correctly. For what it’s worth it didn’t matter. I certainly wouldn’t have blamed them if they would have punched it in and ultimately they didn’t get lined up for whatever reason but a coach excitedly sent those players in and there was a scramble for several seconds to get on the ball. I don’t see it as a positive or a negative that they didn’t run a play anymore than I would’ve saw it as positive or negative if they had. York win, they were the better team and on to the next one. I’ll congratulate them on a good game and a nice win.

I haven’t saw or heard who actually played in that one tonight. I’m guessing they several out but can’t verify that yet.

Who the heck knows. I do think they would have got beaten worse if all the kids they said were out. Think someone told a fib.

Clearly tryin to get a play off but the ref dropped the ball and it rolled into the back of the end zone but who cares York straight up whooped us. They have a quite a few good athletes and will be tough to beat down the stretch.

I believe they would’ve beat Monterey by 2 scores if they didnt have players out honestly. Don’t matter I don’t guess. It’s a region loss. This story seems similar to last year just a little different. Us Monterey and Rockwood beat each other round robin style and had to settle on tiebreakers. If we can pull it together might just happen again.

If Rockwood was full strength and lost, well then going to Monterey will be a tough task.

From what I seen tonight I think Oneida can be one of the top two again in the region. Give this team another season to mature what they have and you’ll see good things. Best wishes in the rest of the season and hopefully meet in playoffs
