Anderson County vs. Elizabethan

The Betsy game is here, can’t wait. I know Betsy has a young team but AC needs to really make a statement In this game.

Cling-clang, hear ye, hear ye.....   Elizabethton has found an offense.      This will not be a shut-out.

I say Anderson 35 to 14. This game does not matter because if they both have anything they will meet in the 2nd round of playoffs when it does matter.

Betsy is probably back. They obliterated Granger. Greeneville and Betsy have a way of sometimes doing this. They regroup and are ready for playoffs. We need to get the Beast Noe healthy as we will need both if we make the playoffs.

Even though it was "just Grainger" I'm still happy with what I saw. Lots of positives came from that game. I'm not waving the playoff flag until we play AC. This game could be an outlier and AC whip us but we could have finally found our offense. This next game should tell us of EHS is back or not

Give credit where credit is due Elizabethton made big steps against Grainger the other night. Saw alot of improvement on the offensive side of the ball. However it's hard to gage that against a team who barely slipped by Sullivan East and just got throttled the week before by Chuckey Doak. Elizabethton's going to win out the rest of their conference games that's a given  the rest of the conference games they play will look alot similar to the Grainger county game outside of possibly Semour. But let's see if there is any production on the offensive side of the ball against two tough teams like AC and Rhea County first before we get ahead of ourselves.

We will be prepared we have to be prepared against teams like this. Even though its a down year talent wise their still how they are. This weeks practice has already started out great. Tough people practice tough and this week we will show how tough we are.

Can't tell for sure, but the verbiage suggests you are an Elizabethton fan, is that right?

This game will say a lot about how much Elizabethton has progressed since game 1. The Cyclones have obviously done a great job over the last few years of building a PROGRAM. I still think they meet the high standard in their preparation, scheme, effort, etc..., they are just down in talent (compared to previous years) this year. AC wins this one by 21. AC by 7 the second go-around.
