You cannot make a blanket statement like that. Jimmys and Joes decide state champions. Always have, always will.

I have never said that you must win state titles.  What i have said is that you must compete for state titles.  The problem is that today everyone wants to use excuses when many of the people coaching today are not qualified.  Stewart County is a completely different situation than Columbia.  Columbia Central is now part of the greater Nashville area and it’s much easier to hire qualified coaches in Columbia, Tennessee than ever before.  Again, it all begins with leadership
