i could be wrong but my point is that Oak Ridge and Clinton will be the only good teams in the region this year. Campbell County will be decent but Karns and Lenoir City should both be down

Agreed. 5-5A and 7-6A don't even have a team id call good so 2 is better than none

Clinton has the talent to be a very good team this year. 4 of their 5 losses last season were by 7 or less points.  

Catholic will be a very good test for Clinton at tomorrow's Jamboree. How well Clinton does should give us a better indication of if they have finally turned the corner or not. You can have all the talent in the World, but it comes down to coaching at the end of the day.  Hopefully the coaching staff will have this team ready to get over the hump. I have confidence that they will.

Hey, at least people are talking about dem Dragons. Unlike a lot of OR fans, I actually hope y’all do good, just not when you play us, haha. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy the banter and rivalry, but as I get older the more I realize that there’s a lot more important things in life than HS football. Plus, you deserve to see a really good team, you’re a heckuva great fan, in my book. Stayed with them through the thick and thin, and I admire that about ya.

I know. I was just hired to recruit you guys since you two are the most faithful and optimistic and yet real. So I figured the Mavs need you two. That's a hugh compliment. All jokes aside this season should or could Crown a County Champion. Hey it's a 1,st and theraredically.

But my point is to honor you guys.  Have not seen a championship in long while. But you guys hung your heads high. Lots of respect and hang in there. This might be the last Dragon tear. I don't use that surprisingly many do. Good job love seeing your guys post!

It could happen if Oak Ridge wasn’t scared to play us. Yet another year and no phone call to play.
