I hear Lake Co will scrimmage West Carroll to get a somewhat gauge of how LC may do this year..Could be a long day for LC as West Carroll can just stop the run as LC has no passing game and QB isn't very accurate according to sunny in Atwood.Also heard Lake Co was playing in Dyersburg Jamboree this year against Dyer Co.

My Prediction 

Dresden- Region Champs ( We have something brewing in DTown)

Union City - 2nd

Lake County - 3rd

Humboldt- 4th (Suprises alot of teams this year)

Liking what I'm seeing the boys have a little confidence in them and Hodge is one of the best coaches around. Not making no guarantees but so far in 7v7( which doesn't mean anything I know) our Athletes are proving to be a little faster and more explosive than years past.

I hope that keeps up. We always have skill players that match up well with most top tier teams. The trenches is what worries me most years.

Biggest O line since state championship team. All over 240 and a couple pushing 280 plus there not slow either.

Hopefully, I'll get to catch a game this year. Haven't seen them play since my nephew was a senior. That was 3 years ago.

Toughest region in 1a for sure. Humboldt probaly has the best player in 1a. South Fulton will be better. No clue on Halls. Gleason is somewhat better. Sorry for Greenfield. Dresden, Lake County, and Union City should be the three best teams.

Union City wins this region, that's not even a question. Everyone else is fighting for those other 3 spots. Dresden & Lake County take the 2nd and 3rd spot in no particular order, then it is a straight battle for that 4th and final spot. I know Humboldt is much improved, I've heard the same about Halls, and I've heard a lot of talk about South Fulton's offense. It should be interesting to watch it play out this season, but I'll take Halls at 4 for now!

Hope you’re right. This team is a special team and some don’t see it. There is a lot of talent and heart. The strength gained is amazing. Markle has a excellent weight program.
