Their daughter being a star player no telling what kind of NIL deals or ??? she is being offered being highly recruited. Mom and Dad are coaches and one is a head coach so if they want her they have to find some good jobs for mom and dad would be my guess. Webb School has turned the private sector into a semi pro league. Every body is playing for the Runner Up Trophy when you have players all over the country coming in. I heard TSSAA voted down a proposal that would have made certain players have to set out a year for coming in. I think worse case scenario TSSAA should have put a Miles Package together where it might be OK for a certain amount of miles but could have at least put a miles limit on it but nothing was done I heard. So I can understand her wanting to get away from the private sector because it is not a fair field.

I heard she is the number one 8th grader in the state don’t know if that is true maybe you know. I do know she is best middle schooler I’ve ever saw personally

Yeah she played like a senior this year. Great talent no doubt. She will go wherever she wants I would imagine. Don’t know her ranking.

I don't understand why they would move her. Great private school and the recruiting process is basically all AAU now anyways ( I hate that ). Why move? Doesn't make sense

That correct about great school environment. But the high school coaches, players, and parents need to know the NCAA has sanctioned recruiting camp for high school teams only June 15-17 this year. The BCAT is running it in Tennessee at Lebanon. Currently 65 teams are committed to play. These have usually been for boys only but the NCAA passed it for girls this year. Boys camp have been very well ran and huge successes.

This kid has no need for a "recruiting process"...with her obvious talent, the Ayers family will have to schedule appointments for her recruitment. I have no inside knowledge at all, but at USJ her team would basically be playing for a silver ball unless something derails the dynasty being built to the east of the river. If you're competitive, winning matters and there's virtually no chance in their division while competing against a nationwide all-star team.

Yeah they are playing for second place with about 7 or 8 just like her. And NIL is legal. I don’t know a lot about NIL but Nico got a huge deal before enrolling at TN. Never know what kind of deals may come this families way. Jobs come open for coaches too right??

    • The golf preseason came to a close Friday at Indian Hills as the I-24 Invitational hosted by Rockvale was contested. Webb School won the title by 13 shots 295-308 over Rockvale. Rockvale girls won the title by five shots over Providence  Christian 155-`160 after the Lions won the 1913 Invitational at Johnson City by 10 shots over Greeneville. The course was wet and muddy in the morning but the rain finally broke and some good scores were had. The Webb School boys had Phet Phothong score a 69 while Carter  Burks shot 70 following up his 72 in Johnson City on Monday. The girls had Solia Mechling of Rockvale lead the way with a 73 in taking the title as they improved their score by 30 shots over Monday in East Tennessee as they found the homestead Indian Hills to their liking.  Rockvale and Central Magnet will head to the Battle of Hermitage on Wednesday July 31st. On Tuesday Stewarts Creek and Smyrna will do battle at Smyrna Golf Course  with an early tee time of 11 AM. The next day Oakland, Webb and Nolensville will tee off at Champions Run beginning at 9 AM. Eagleville will open on July 29th heading to Lawrenceburg and the Country Club awaiting host Lawrence County and several other teams to tee up the regular season.
