After the crazy stuff that has happened over the last 2-3 weeks that is definitely something that could happen.  But I do think that there is enough talent for Region 4 to win a couple of games in first round.   But not so much that I think either game is a definite win.

If Santel was healthy for Siegel, I think there would be a chance for a sweep, but I feel like Cookeville will be too much for Siegel, although I'm glad Siegel found a way to make it to the postseason

Maybe, but I think Siegel still has more athletes.

Cookeville is 6-1 all time vs Siegel.  And everyone thinks they have more athletes than Cookeville.  Nothing new.  IMO they are playing too well right now.  I think the Cavs will make it 7-1 Friday.

A few things:

1) The all time record isn’t relevant to my statement. I’m talking about this year. 
2) I never said that Siegel would win. My statement was in reference to Siegel missing Santel and having a shot without him.
3) I think Cookeville wins this one, but I’d say it’s far from a given.

I think its a "given".   Write it down.  Cavs have all the momentum in the world and those guys don't want to stop playing football together.  

 

What a turnaround.  Credit the coaching staff for sure but what a job by those players to buy in and keep working.  The last few years have been rough so that has to be gratifying for those seniors and juniors.

Momentum is a fickle mistress, just ask Siegel. Hennigan should be region COY, but they've also haven't had to play the kind of schedule Siegel has, they showed alot of fortitude beating Rockvale after just going through a gauntlet the last 5 weeks

Im not knocking Cookeville, but their schedules aren’t even close.

I'm not either, given the expectations of Cookeville their schedule was reasonable. Just have alot of respect for Siegel playing that type of schedule knowing how their region was looking
