Alcoa has a bunch of undisciplined athletes. Maryville came in very well prepared. That's the reason why Alcoa can never beat Maryville. You can blame everybody and everything but thats problem. Take that L, learn from it and move on. Good game and congrats to Maryville coming from an Alcoa fan.

And there’s the difference. Majority of Maryville people respect Alcoa and root for them outside of the Maryville game. Most Alcoa fans, like you, have no respect. And that’s fine. I would be sour too

100% May be a stretch in my opinion.  Appeared from my pov he is not there yet but i think he can be in a couple weeks.  Agree, need to not rush it. Love having him back in pads but he's been leading

Heard Alcoa got fined $500 for those two daddies. Josh is a really good AD and a great guy, he don't need to be burdened with a headache from Daddy Dumb Dumb and the Tattooed Ranger running out on the field like that.

Whenever you leave a game talking about something an adult did instead of something a kid did, then there is probably a problem.

If Josh said there wasn't a fine then that's good enough for me. $500 for a fine is a joke in the first place. A lot of people spend $500 at the grocery store every week but only a very few run out onto the football field and show their behind with an official. Clint I would feel the same way had a Maryville fan ran out onto the field also.

      Dyersburg will be really good for a while. Their JV is loaded as well. South Gibson ought to be much better with four really good players coming up from an undefeated  Jr. High Team. Also will have 3 players back from knee injuries last year. They will be a handful especially late. Dyersburg District right there with the Upperman District with quality teams.

      Numbers are down everywhere in HS sports. Bradford with a great tradition for sure. Never know with every school about these numbers.

      That could be true but I find it hard to believe a school would stick their neck out like that for that type of kid. They gain nothing out of it.

      No replacing 3 all state players. Especially Dozier. He would save Rang when he threw it too much.  heard the coach who won y’all the first Clinton game, by giving it to Dozier enough, left for Red pastures.
