Friday Nov 3 in Dresden the #4 seed Middleton Tigers will try to upset #1 Lions. They got into playoffs because TSSAA has Booker T  Washington in the penalty box. This will only be Middleton's 5th trip to playoffs in school history, & they've only won one time. Pity these Tigers, no historic upset gonna happen this week imo. 100-0 final score.

Middleton won their last game of the season for their first win. I bet they wish they could have ended the season with a win. Now they have to make that long trip to get smoked.

Very sad situation for Middleton. With the athletes available in the building, participation, community and school support, and decent coaching would turn out some fantastic football teams, yet they struggle to win 1-2 games a season.

100-0 may not be a stretch.

Football in Hardeman County could be huge with some investment (time, financial and community). Don’t know if all the oxygen that basketball sucks up will allow it. I hope it does someday. Dresden wins huge.

I've heard through the grapevine that tickets to this game have hit the $500 a ticket price out on the street.  ESPN is also going to be rolling into Dresden Friday afternoon to nationally televise this game.
