KCS HR does officially extend an offer to a candidate based on the recommendation of the principal and completion of a clean background check. The trouble becomes when HR assumes that school administrators have a working knowledge of board policy (in this case they did not) and HR dropped the ball.

On the recruiting/cookie jar stuff you're either misinformed, naive, ignorant, lying, or all 4 wrapped up in a neat package of dingus. Stopping the cookie jar of bearden zone is inaccurate and irrelevant. A bearden zoned player did not record an offensive stat outside the QB for the first 7 quarters of the season.

On the "truly amazing". JJ Region record: 7-3 (70%) (with 16 out of zone kids including 9 starters as well as playing the worst farragut and maryville teams of the 21st century). 

Bearden in the previous 4 seasons: 14-9 (61%). AMAZING turn around.

There's no difference between them as nouns. English very often has this free choice between punctuation variations. Welcome to learning the English language anyway. You have no idea what you were talking about, and you just goes on and on constantly about nothing or stuff that you just make up, and then I can’t ask for proof. Jones is the Dion Sanders of Tennessee High School football.  Hit the portal hard and bring in new recruits (which is still illegal in T$$AA in case you forgot) and then get one or two more wins than normal and then act like you did something amazing.  Jones just saw his best season as a head coach and will only get worse from here.  Kids and parents bought the hype and then saw reality.  He will not have another recruiting class as good as this past season.  Mark it down

 Coach Gaddis told me pre season 2023 that Josh said 2024 is Bearden's year. We'll see, it was a darn good team in 2023.
