He played for OR last year, not this season. He quit Clinton’s football team about halfway through the season this past season, from my understanding. Now he’s back at OR according to Nole. He started on the OR OL last year as a Sophomore.

I was told unless a school complained loud and long about "recruiting." or kids not playing at the school within their zone (Knoxville) that the TSSAA would not do anything as they don't have the resources to check rosters and addresses and proof of residence and all that stuff.  Note the rapid rise of Bearden for example.

I heard the  Harriman starting QB will start for CHS in 2024. My nephew's son starts for Harriman and this  is a powerful rumor. A DT for CHS was also on Harriman's roster before 2023 season.

Harriman was terrible which makes sense if a good kid was on the team, but in 1A if a kid is good at QB he is worth more than the 3 wins they got.

He's talented ....... and only being a sophomore could develop into a special player over the next couple of years with the right coaching...... he won't get that coaching if he stays at Harriman

Keith has done well getting kids into the school so far, but his best sales pitch is going to UT martin. It will be interesting to see, if he stays, how he will be able to recruit without saying he has a good QB.
