bingo. Rosser left him the keys and the model to follow and he did the complete opposite. kids would quit on plays or commit several personal fouls and all he ever did was give them high fives. maybe he will be a better coach later on, but he wasn’t ready and had no discipline. he also filled the staff with guys with little to no previous coaching experience. which was something rosser also didn’t do.

The real question is if they earned their rings as head coaches.  If not, they aren't more qualified then Craney.  So that just leaves Rob Black and Cummings right?
