I agree with TreyB on this one, the one thing I have seen first hand is the man has gift of teaching and he commands the room like nobody I have ever seen. You can have 30 small kids the age of 7 or younger running around and all he has to do is whistle and the kids just listen. He connects to them in a way that most coach's can not. I def think there are some great coach's who know very high level technique but it's hard for them to teach kids that young. IMO that is what separates him from a lot of other coach's I see do it. Not saying other can't but if you have seen it first hand you know what I am talking about.

I'm just saying anyone can be replaced. Lots of other coaches have the same abilities he's not the only one

You're right anyone can be replaced and yes a lot of other coach's can coach technique. I just think Josh is has a special talent of getting these kids to listen and buy in to what he is teaching. To me that is what separates him from most coach's. I don't know every coach so I will not say nobody else couldn't do it but you're taking away the success he has accomplished by basically saying anybody could do it and I disagree with you on that

Josh would get replaced but it would be extremely difficult to repeat his success. He is elite at what he does and works his butt off. Lots of coaches have potential, not all of them are willing to do what it takes.

Josh and I have had our differences during the AAU years but never once have I ever doubted his coaching , passion , work ethic and special ability to transition from the beginners to fine tuning the elite! But Josh also has surrounded himself with exceptional people that compliment the program!
Joey Knox is an exceptional coach and as the high school coach gets over looked! He too developed talent as good as anyone. He is passionate and involved in the development and youth’s development also!! Matt High is also “ the man”he could be a head coach at most any school in Tn , Ga or anywhere! In my opinion Matt plays a huge roll in the program and is so humble and gets the job done.  He is a key and back bone in the development of kids and cleveland also has others as well. The youth program is key in most programs and Cleveland has set the bar. Boskin worked his butt off and surrounded himself with the right people and that’s how things get built! I have major respect for them and the coaches they have assembled that will keep their dynasty rolling. Now if you take Knox, Boskin and High away then Rome could fall but until that happens!! They will be awesome and hope we get to keep wrestle them.
They have the support , passionate coaches and facility as well as some passionate support. Then you have TBell that just wishes he had been Knox High and Boskin trained!!! lol

Matt is huge in the success of what HCWC has and is as humble as anyone. As for me, nahhh I never wrestled. But I find it funny you keep bringing me up. Haha I e never said anything out of the way to you so not sure why you are kinda coming at me. Every time I see you you seem ok with me so not real sure where this is coming from. Maybe here if so don’t care. If you don’t like what I post, block me. It’s simple

I have no issue with you at all.  You stir the pot a lot and to me it’s no big deal. You are blue blooded but as your son progresses , you will learn that many of the battles you fight and pots you stir are irrelevant!

This is all fun for me. Love the trash talk. I can dish it out and I can take it. Part of it. But Treys success is not gonna be by me. His mother nor I pressure him to do this at this level. We do however when he goes to practice push him to take it serious and get the most out of it while he’s there. We have learned a lot since he started when he turned 4. Kid loves it and hates to lose. I ask him if he wants to go to Tulsa every year up to him and he says yes. He trains hard and those tourneys are fun for him. This journey we are on has created a lot of friends and met some great people and went to places he would have never went. But me wanting to live through him is not true at all. But I am addicted to wrestling with him. Love it and love being there daily. That’s where his friends are. So what people think of me has nothing to do with him. But I didn’t know if u had an issue with me since that post or two especially since I see you at tournaments watching Dillan.

    • Yeah and the coach is gone. Whole bizarre situation here. We played them a couple of times at MTSU last few years. She was a player for sure.
    • This whole situation is bonkers. You don’t just kick your star player off the team just because you heard them say the F word; the coach definitely had something against the player, or somebody definitely did. Also, nobody has brought up the idea that the school blackmailed the college to get the college to withdraw the scholarship offer, not to mention that the coach who kicked her off is no longer even with the program; they were fired. I think this is a pretty easy lawsuit. I don’t know if she should deserve that much money, but I think she should get enough money for a full-ride scholarship if she cannot get one after this situation.
    • Oh yeah, I’m sure you are different people just always on the same thread for some reason, always agreeing with each other, perhaps just a bunch of dorks who would like to ###### and moan about high school football coaches do a lot of other students, so you make a football team and get a yell at them. When they do something wrong, but I’m sure you don’t like that, do you?   and I’m sure I’m aware of where you get information. A teacher who was on the coaching staff but was fired after the new coaching and staff came in and realized he actually had to start taking his assistant job a little bit more seriously than just wanting to make a little extra cash on the side, hardly even showing up to most practices, should’ve left with his buddy to go to Farragut. I’m sure he could get him a defensive coaching job, but I doubt he will be there in three years. Looking at the way Farragut is currently going.
    • It may be hard to believe but there’s more people than me that think you guys are a bunch of losers.    I’m sure the coaching staff, yourself included, cursed at a bunch of high school students. Nobody could name more than 3 coaches on staff due to the constant turnover.
    • That's complete BS.  Nobody at ACHS has access to CHS student records unless a transfer is made from CHS to ACHS.
