Finally, got around to watching this game. What was East Robertson thinking on offense? They looked to be the better team talent wise but can't call a play in the first half before the play clock expires and who's idea to rest #0 on offense. Mr. Football hyped dual threat QB and don't turn him loose? Tons of talent and can't win a region title and then lays a playoff egg. Arthur might be on to something.

Poor coaching hurt them a lot. #0 came in on offense midway through the 2nd qtr because Marion had shut everyone else down.

Couldn't turn the qb loose because he had someone in his face as soon as he had the ball. ER has some talented kids but if you played this game 10 times Marion wins all 10.

I wouldn't go that far but no way to prove that hypothetical either way.

I guess there's no hypothetical way to prove it. I'll just go with the fact that it was a mercy rule game. Most times those are enough.

East Roberson is the most undisciplined team I’ve ever seen in my life. They had well over 200 yards in penalties and mostly unsportsmanlike conduct. Constant mouthing from players all game. Hope they liked getting punched in the mouth 49-18. They’ve got a problem that needs cleaned up. Baseball team was the same way this past spring at South Pittsburg.
