What Coach Miller has done at Mase this year is big. After losing Brown and that class they had last year Miller should be up for Coach of the year. Nobody gave them a chance last week against McKenzie. South Pitt could get embarrassed Friday. They might have out coached CPrep but after Friday nights win vs McKenzie I don’t see that being the case in this one. At some point all that youth has to flare up for Pitt. Mase has a ton of Seniors and that will be the difference in this one. Next year South Pitt will be back like nobody’s business but fairy tales come to an end. Mase style of play is not what South Pitt wants to see. I am just keeping it real.

I posted I thought Mase would beat South Fulton and Union City.Thought they'd beat McKenzie as well but I hadn't seen McKenzie play so wasnt sure.I actually quit listening with just over 3 min to play.Thougt McKenzie would win.Going with Mase to win it all.

Mr Biggums might not agree and I am confident that this opinion isn’t just me being a sore loser but McKenzie was more responsible for losing that game than MASE was for winning the game. 
South Pitts coaching and experience being in multiple games like this will be the bigger advantage than talent.

Ty knows every athletic team in the state on a personal basis. He may be on to something here. MASE by 42 I figure..

I wouldn’t go that far. I have watched Mase play 7/8 times over the last couple of years though. Watched MAHS play many times before that which is where Coach Miller came from. South Pitt won’t lose by no 42 points either. Just hard for me to see a team with pretty much no Seniors playing at a tier above on the biggest stage for all the marbles. Be real for a minute here. Do you honestly think South Pitt has an advantage at any position over MASE? I think South Pitt would have had a better chance with McKenzie. I am just keeping it real.

MASE has 16 seniors. They should win or it’s a failure of a season with that talent. So will keep coming at them until 0:00 though. Have a chance…a lot of other teams wish they had one.

It’s a shame that South Pitt and Marion don’t still play each other. Seeing as how y’all will be the 1A and 2A silver ball winners it would be a heck of a game.
