Didn't talk smack before the MC game, didn't talk after because I was out of town. I am definitely not a fair weather 'Twan.

Didn't talk smack before TC game, didn't rub it in after much because I know the season is far from over. What do you mean...I have said before that SC will have to play their best in weeks 9 and 10 to win. We could not make the playoffs. The same is true for especially MC and to somewhat lesser extent to TC. TC has most of the tough games behind with wins at Portland and York. Macon has TC on the road and York at home left. Both are tough. If Macon loses both they may be out.

That is a very real possibility.

You done your share of smack talking before the MC game, and yes we could fell to make the playoffs if we lose them 2 games,same holds true for SC if they lose to portland and york.

Where did I talk smack before the game? Go back and get the posts.

B and 71, if "talking smack" is what you gather that this website is intended for, go right ahead. We will see how many of the 3,000 Macon Co. screen names (probably actually no more than 15 people) are left running their mouths after your short lived vacation to the Creekbank.

Actually...I could care less who you play. I would have looked at the schedules if I did. Just making conversation. It does look like there is a good possibility we will be back in the same region in a couple of years. I look forward to renewing our good rivalry. Not trying to be mean, but you will be lucky to stay within 30 of DL.

You should look forward to it, seeing as how the last time we played that big Fullback (name?) was supposed to be unstoppable and we handed your heads to you....But sadly, by then I will be off to college and not have as much free time as I do now, although you guys seem to pull it off pretty well. Twan I don't know about your age or position in the work force but some of these other guys I do, and just don't understand it.

Bigb, you are right...I have NO respect for Macon County. There is no other team in Tennesse that gets on here and talks more crap about a 5-1 record. You have beaten 2 good teams and we haven't fumbled more than once any other game this year. But that is no excuse, we don't make excuses, nor do we brag about beating teams with 3-3 records. I didn't see the SC game but I can tell you this, a playoff game would be a different story as it would be with Portland, they sure as crap wouldn't let you keep your hopes up for that long again. I am not taking anything away from your team, THEY are good, the best MC team I have seen, but good advice is to let THEM do the talking on the field. It is bad when people's opinions about high school kidsare swayed because of parents who get on here and gab.

What would we talk about if all the talking was done on the field? Let me tell you a little story and maybe you might understand some of the frustration we had over here in Macon Co. Some 4 or 5 years ago the Tigers are having a scrimmage with westmoreland and the eagles are putting it on the Tigers pretty good. Coach Kelly puts in a bunch of freshman, he gets in behind them and starts saying in aloud enough voice that everyone could hear, GET YOU SOME!!!!, GET YOU SOME!!!!

That kind of thing just sticks with you. Thats just one example. Didn't cry about it, we just got better.

Yeah, you handed our heads to 21-7 scoring late to win. That fullback was actually our tailback. As I remember...he had over 100 yards. Not exactly a blowout. The previous year we routed you 36-14. It was a very good rivalry. I'm sure it will be again.

BigB, if I understand correctly you are a player, starting tackle as a matter of fact. You know who I am, and I know who you are....and YOU talking is one thing, because you do the playing, in my eyes that is perfectly fine because everything this site is made for is about you, the player...but when people who have nothing to do with the game but sitting in the stands get on here to make the same posts over and over just to get people riled up, that gets a little old. Supporting your team is one thing, but these threads have turned into something WAY different than that.
