FULTON FALCONS....LET THE HATIN BEGIN!

WELL......you'd think that since the Falcons not only WON the State Title, but one by 50 miles.....you'd think that since not ONLY did the Falcons have a very successful 14-1 season, avenging only loss to AE in the playoffs.....and you'd think that not ONLY since the Falcons came back from last season's 18 starter loss, but was more successful than last year's team......well.....YOU'D THINK YOU'D PEOPLE WOULD LEARN!!!!! I have seen tons of lists and rankings and posts people from East to West Tn have made the last couple of days. People ranking the tops ten, top five, top 20 teams in the state and east Tn. On the OVERWHELMING majority of those lists.....Fulton is not even ranked. And in our cross-town rival AE's defense, neither are they!!! That is crazy!!! Last year Fulton's team went 14-1 losing in the Title game. People id the same thing....some didn't even give them the respect to have them even ranked. People from our own region had us ranked to come out 4th and 7th in the REGION this year. WE PROVED YA'LL VERY WRONG!!! Now....MORE people than last year are doing the exact same thing!!! ARE YOU ALL CRAZY!!!! Why is it that Fulton and Ae NEVER EVER EVER get any respect from anybody but ourselves. FULTON JUST WON STATE!!!! You think you'd at least give us the benefit of the doubt that we're one of the top 10 teams in state. AE should be on those lists too! If AE was in west TN.....you better believe it would be Fulton and AE in the Title game year in, year out.....yet no respect is given to either program! It is December the 8th.....yet the motivation to win nest season is already being placed in these boys heart sand minds. Maybe I should just thank all of ya'll. EVERY interview with a Fulton player this year had this statement made sometime during it......"Nobody thought we would do it, we just wanna prove to everybody that we can." Well.....keep doubting the Champions. Keep underestimating the Falcons. Keep saying we aren't worthy of a ranking (even after winning state). i guess we'll just have to prove it again! Business as usual at the "Castle on the Hill".....I guess being hated on is just part of the tradition up here!!! Dang....you people are crazy!

Your number one in the state in 3-AAA. When you all went into the playoffs, I knew that it would be a battle between you all and AE, and it was! No doubt from Happy.

It's not a matter of telling us hwo good we are. We get no respect. The Fulton people on CoachT have nothing to do with it. We're talking bout the team. The things they have accomplished....their abilities. Yet....even with winnign the State Championship a few days ago.....nobody considers them to be in the top of the state! Well....we'll never get respect....we'll continue to prove it though!

The class we play in has nothing to do with it either. Class is based solely on enrollment....nothing else. It's true that a 1a team COULD be better than a 5a team. That's most of the time not the case because bigger schools have more to choose from. But...ultimately....the class in which a team plays does not determine their credibility. Fulton is one of the top teams in the state....period. Nobody gives us the credit and respect we deserve. But....to each his own right?!?! Everybody can have their opinions.....Fulton will continue to prove all the haters wrong. We will continue to succeed.
