I think either FRA or Hillsboro will defeat Overton. Hopefully in the districts. I will be honest, if Overton makes the region, they will have a good shot at returning to state. I saw FRA's team at Brentwood, and they match up well with Overton. I have not seen Hillsboro since they have gotten back their football players, but from what I hear they are looking pretty good, and they received some votes in the state wrestling poll. To Furball, Glencliff is in the other district, those duals are on Fri at Mcgavock. If Overton is not in the regions, it will be a tossup. I say this because on any given day, any one can be beaten. Region winners could include (as mentioned in an earlier post)FRA, Hillsboro, Glencliff, Antioch, McGavock. Good luck to all schools competing and good luck in region competitions

Overton will make it to regions!!!!! They have to wrestle MLK in the first round and will advance into the finals. This will put them into the regions next saturday. If they lose in the district finals, I would be amazed if any team in Rgion 6 could beat Overton two times in a row. THat is just not going to happen!!!!
