I told him to get one of those pairs of glasses that has a nose and mustache on it. lol I also mentioned that we should "smuggle" him up to the press box. I guess he didn't want to take any chances.

Harriman is going to the Easter Slam in Humboldt where they will be playing USJ, JCM, Gibson County, and Humboldt. Harriman tried to get into Rockwood's tournament and Farragut's tournament but they were turned down for "unknown" reasons. They also tried to schedule Farragut during regular season. Harriman is not trying to "sugarcoat" anything and they are willing to play anybody. This is a Rockwood thread - why even bring Harriman into it. My son plays for Harriman and some of his favorite players are from Rockwood. He wishes only the best for Rockwood, except when they are playing Harriman.

Yeah i've noticed that Harriman has got into some good tournys within the last couple years. Couple years ago though, they didn't seem to play much outside of A schools. As for the Farrugut tourny, im sure Harriman would have loved to got in that one, im sure Rockwood would have loved to be in that one. Coach Lane would prob have a heart attack if he could get Farrugut on the schedule. But o well, good luck to both teams.

Rockwood beats Oneida today 17-0 (I think that is correct). Michael Gilmore pitched well with 13 K's in 5 innings. He gave up 1 or 2 hits, I'm thinking 1 but I'm not sure.

(I took one yard, Whoo hoo lol)

Tomorrow's game against Oliver Springs will start at 1:00 at The House that Rockwood Rec. Built...

Rockwood beats Oliver Springs today 8-1. Dan Chandler did a great job on the mound today for the Tigers. We hit the ball well, and executed. Great job all the way around.
