Dyer County started four juniors and every sub was a junior or an underclassman. They will be much improved and will compete for the 13AA title next season. Competing for the 13AA title means competing for the state championship.

Mt. Juliet is loses nobody unless Alysha Clark cannot return from her unfortunate injury.

 

Wilson Central will lose 2 players but we will be returning our 4 main girls. I see Sara Williams and Tierney Jenkins starting underneath, Lindsay Antoine moving to SF after Jan Davidson leaves, then Gassie and Oconell returning as guards next year.

They return 2 starters and 1 part time starter. Of course it helps though when you are playing for Rikki to have a dad that is a TSSAA ref and is real good friends with the other refs. No wonder she never was in foul trouble. Betsy 3rd in Watauga Conf.

buki you are such an idiot. what referee are you referring to? Baughman was in foul trouble in several games. She fouled out of the Erwin game with two minutes to go on a BS call at home. The game went two OTs. You show your complete lack of sense so often on here its funny.

Did you or a member of your family get cut from the cyclone team>..perhaps thats why you are so so bitter toward what was this year district and regional champs. And those refs in morristown werent from around here. Grow up Francis.

I think that most all of the teams in 8AAA have alot of talent returning...it should be an interesting year next year.

Count on Collinwood to be back up in the district and region ranks. They will have a freshman class next year that will be immediate difference makers.

Jefferson County returns with practically their same team. . . . .they took Powell to the wire in Substate (Overtime) now with some confidence and experience Jefferson could be state contenders.

There are several teams with bright futures for next year. First, Clarksville NE is returning all of their starters and they are a very athletic team. Wilson Central loses only one senior and the rise of their double post game will be difficult to handle. Look for Tierney Jenkins to move into the starting lineup replacing Antoine. Brentwood will a force to reckon with next year as their team matures. Finally, Mt. Juliet will be very strong with all starters back and a good freshman class moving up to sophomores. Mt. Juliet will finally bring the gold ball to a very deserving Chris Fryer and his Lady Bears. :justwrestle:
