Some people say that Patrick Turner will be a tight end. Anyone believe that? Congrats to Austin Rogers on his commitment. He is a fine player as well as a fine person. His parents should be commended for raising such a great kid. Word on the street is that the younger brother will be a better athlete. Any truth to that pops?

He'll have no problem with his speed.

He ran a 4.41 40 at the Nike combine. He was the fastest receiver at the combine. So yes I would say he is fast enough. On top of his speed he has great hands. He dont drop many.

i have read about this guy on Unapproved Website. he seems to be a heck of an athelete. half of his receptions were tds and he had like 9 int. i think he was getting recruited by more sec schools, Georgia to name one.

Is it just me, or does it seem as if UT might actually be going after more in state players? Its way early but so far it looks like there are at least 3 commitments with UT still after plenty more of the tennessee talent. I for one hope they sign about 15 in state prospects. That would make me cheer for the big orange even harder.

This is a great year for in-state football talent. I think they may end up signing about 10 Tennessee high school players this year. UT certainly couldn't afford to sign that many on a normal year and expect to compete at the level everyone is used to.
