It's just an excuse the publics come up with when they lose. Everybody has excuses they just want to bring that one up b/c it sounds good. I think if privates recruited ZION CHRISTIAN ACADEMY and COLUMBIA ACADEMY would have a couple of MP's playmakers,and the big man on the line, the rest wouldn't get accepted.

I graduated from a public school, I was there when boyd started getting good. They had players from Marion County where i was from, but I never heard of them getting recruited. It just so happens my brother playes for them now, and they are better than they have ever been. They don't recruit, they just offer more than the publics do so people send there kids there because they want the best for them. Stop the crying you 1A publics got want you wanted, the best is leaving 1A next year so you can always know that you would have never won if you wouldn't have cryied so much.

I don't think Boyd could score 28 points against Riverdale even in their dreams. The question is, did Riverdale take it easy on CPA or did they earn those touchdowns? If they earned them they will be the next state champions.

Riverdale's 2nd QB was in the game for 3 downs - turned it over then 1st string came back in.

Well i guartentee cpa could'nt score 28 on them again. It was their 1st game and everybody is slow in their 1st game. Boyd could have done just as much damage if not more!

so CPA was also slow when they drilled Goodpasture? OK, fine. If we then compare scores "slow" CPA over Goodpasture vs. "strong" Boyd vs. Goodpasture. Hmmm. . .

Ok, so I know take back my apology to the Boyd fans. Absolutely classless.

 

And I repeat AGAIN. I have seen all three teams this year. Boyd wouldn't beat CPA or DCA. Boyd fans, at least the ones on this board, have taken winning thier first state title to their heads. When you win multiple state titles like DCA and CPA, THEN you can talk. And you won't be talking for another few years if you know what I mean.

i think jellico in the playoffs is a joke.the only teams that will win playoff games in region 1 are unaka and maybe cloudland if they're lucky.GO RANGERS!!!!
