Teams that could suprise?

what teams out there that you guys think could make a big statement and come out of nowhere to have a good if not great season? ill throw one out there that is a bit of a wild card: white co. they have the talent to make a pretty good run in march, but senior leadership needs to step up, they especially need it from gribble, if he does step up, look for sparta to be a very dangerous team

Morristown West. The awesome JV team from last year will all be Varsity this year. Also i think this year 5 guys in the student section are gonna be the 6th man..watch out for THE CREW!

I think that Alcoa will be a huge surprise to many people this year. After losing 6 seniors last year, and widely viewed as being in a rebuilding year, expect the tornadoes to come out hungry. Players to watch: Daniel Stubblefield & Justin Ridenour

Look for Cloudland to make some noise in the next three years eventhough lost four starters from team that beat Unaka and lost twice in overtime, district championship by one point in controversy. Young kids talented and seem to be hungry, Universtiy high could be a dangerous and Unaka has an excellent senior class.

I think McMinn could suprise some people. They may not win district and all that, but a lot of people think they will stink, i think they should be good if the dont get the starters in foul trouble. Their up-tempo style of play will be fun to watch.

Well Tony, he is not referred to as "PUNCH" anymore. We just refer to him as "BUCKETS" now.

not that its a surprise but south doyle high is gonna be off the chain this year. Logan Johnson gonna go D-1 and Andy Mapes gonna probly play somewhere. Not to mention some great young players and some others seniors leaders. SD could win district this year and more!

I agree with you Oakland. White Co. will definitely surprise some teams. And by the way, Gribble is just a Junior.
