I would assume that the district top 4 are. YI should have the tie breaker with UHS since they swept the higher seed Watertown and UHS split with Watertown. LA YI UHS WTown

Bottom line it’s for the young men and women who love wrestling! They don’t complain! They just want to wrestle!! Something that none of y’all have mention. IT’S A TRUE DOUBLE ELIMINATION TOURNAMENT! None of that carry crap like in Chattanooga because they didn’t have enough time in the gym because of basketball. The wrestlers progression is square on his shoulders verses waiting to see if they were gonna get “carried “. I will take the “ cow palace” every time for this double elimination tournament!

I dont remember anyone jumping on a bandwagon but simply saying we could maybe both do something good at state. Also above statement is very true no shame in losing to those teams with the success they both have. I think middle tn did a pretty good job at state, hopefully we can all have some success at individuals as well. Good luck to all the coaches and wrestlers competing this weekend.

Boys Bracket..,#2 seed def plays #7 seed in 1st round. DB girls won coin toss today. Will be 1 seed if they end tied with SH. Also because there is a tie and a coin toss, for the girls bracket only, both the 1 and 2 seed get a bye. If they remain tied of course
