I got to say goodbye today to one of the best coaches,and mentors a teenage boy could have,he was the type of coach that you would have ran through a wall for,his coaching style was very old school, simply because that was how he was,he had many sayings,but one that always stuck with me was prepare for the worst and pray for the best.My thoughts and prayers go out to his family,he will be sorely missed.

Well said and spot on! You can not argue with facts. You can deny and deflect but facts are facts!

Don’t get me wrong. I hate It for all of the students. It is a big part of their life. But get ready for the rug to be jerked out from under them again by giving them this false hope. I believe Theses young people could deal with the fact that it is over better than most adults.

Russia was a Hoax this isn’t. The US media has become a Hate America/Trump/Republican echo chamber. They called it the Chinese flu or Wuhan virus until Trump called it that then magically it became Racist to do so. No one called the disease a Hoax. Instead we called the overreacting and lies that “Trump hasn’t done anything” the hoax. He installed a travel ban less than a month after the disease became known and of course it was called Racist. What more could he have done? The media acts as if he has done nothing and we are all going to die. Add to that it’s funny how he is this “dictator” but is not actually using Marshall law to fight this and is letting each State and private businesses control the spread of the disease. Under someone like Bernie Sanders we would have an open border and totalitarian rule with everyone that has the disease dragged from their home like China. Some leftists have already suggested that we go door to door and arrest and quarantine everyone that has it. The only thing we have to compare this to is H1N1 and Obama who did nothing for 6 months and was praised as the savior of mankind by the media when he did. The number of White Supremacists in this country is less than 10K according to the far left SPLC and the FBI. The number of people that support Socialism is in the millions approximately 25% of the population. Currently one is massively more dangerous than the other and both are pure evil Imo. Which one should I fear more the one with less than 10K or the one with millions ready to take control. For the record I was not a Trump fan but the US media has become a lapdog to the left and is nothing but vile hatred of this country. If Trump cures Covid19 they would encourage everyone to get it and refuse treatment. They lied about what Trump said about Charlotteville, they lied about a 16 year old kid because of his hat, and Jussie Smollett. Why should I believe the media?

I know we can all agree on one thing and that is we’d like to see these games played. Let’s hope that happens as long as it’s safe. God Bless America

You act like you're Herman Boone trying to land a head coaching job in 1971 "Post Jim Crow" Virginia. I can go much further and dip into the college ranks and pull out a boat load of names of guys who have been successful as head coaches.

Metro is a black school system. Just the truth.

Schools like what my I ask? County schools? You can pull articles from everywhere about coaches being fire and students have a protests from Football to tennis

Is he white or black? That carries a lot of weight in Nashville public schools. Dewayne Daniels from Cheatham County can coach them boys.

I'm sorry but it's no way you can convince me that Steward is better candidate then Harris. If East hire Stewart over Harris they'll still lose to Pearl every year! I can't speak on brunetti situation right now tho. Broome had his chances, now it's time to give new up and coming coaches a shot in metro!!!

Woods don't run PC offense by himself. Him and Harris are Co offense coordinators. Plus Coach Harris is associate head coach at PC. So like I've stated before if East is smart they would hire Harris over all of them!
